Let's Create Project Planner/Organizer, a Design Team Project for Country Craft Creations

Good morning! Today I come to you with this little (ok BIG) offering. This is a design team project for Country Craft Creations, using Echo Park's "Let's Create" paper collection. As soon as I saw it I knew what I wanted to do with it. I am involved in a lot of projects and I needed a more organized (and pretty) way to do that. So, I came up with this. It's a great project because you can watch this video, then mix/match what you want to do with your planner/organizer. It's very versatile, and can be used for so many things.

Below is a cutting list and a supply list. Here's a little disclaimer...I was a little "off" today for some reason...there are a few bloopers but I tried really hard to put up warnings in case you are doing the project while watching it. As I go through the video I will give you paper sizes for cutting the patterned papers. In the cut list I am giving scoring information. I don't do that all of the time, but since I was a little goofy today I thought I would do it to help. Every effort has been made to make sure things are accurate. Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks so much for your support and I'll be back soon with more! The haul video I did for this paper collection is here...this shows how much paper I received. I did use most of it, with only scraps left over. For the Country Craft Creations printable you must be a member of the Facebook Group Scrapbookers of Country Craft Creations. Go here for a link to join. Good Times Tag Pocket/Frame Album

Hello!  I am “back” from the Country Craft Creations Virtual Retreat, Crafting at the General Store!  What a fun weekend. If you haven’t checked out the retreats at Country Craft Creations you have to!  They are so much fun and, WOW!  The projects are fabulous!  I have one more to make and then I’ll do a little video share to show you what we do all weekend!

http://countrycraftcreations.com

I’m the meantime I have this share of a quick album I made. This happened because of a clearance sale at a local store I just ran into. I used Simple Stories Chipboard frames, papers from my stash, and voilĂ , a new mini. This is a walk through/talk through video. I don’t have a tutorial but I tell you exactly what I did.

I did use Art Glitter Glue, seam binding and some Artisan Cardstock from Country Craft Creations. The papers I used are scraps from previous projects by Echo Park, two different collections that I put together. I think that they all worked beautifully together.

Have fun and I’ll see you soon with another tutorial. I have so many things in the works!

Let Freedom Ring, A Swap Project!!

Bobbie Weaver and I did a swap project together.  She is also a designer for Country Craft Creations, and she contacted me with a fabulous idea.  We each purchased the same paper collection from Country Craft Creations, it was Echo Park's "Let Freedom Ring".  We made a project, sent them to each other, and today was the day we both had the projects sent and we released the videos!

We each also did a tutorial for the projects we made.  This was so much fun and Bobbie did such a wonderful job!!!  Please check out her YouTube, The Paper Jungle.

Here's the link to her tutorial for the project she made for me.

She also did a very sweet reveal of the book I made for her.

Here is the video of the GORGEOUS album she made for me!  I did a walk through and it is just wonderful!!!!

Here is the tutorial for the project I made for her...and yes, it has an "explosion book" style theme!!!

Thanks so much for watching, and have an excellent day!

Simple Stories meets Heartfelt Creations, an Album Project Share

This is a video that will show you what I did with the Heartfelt Creations 8x8 Insta-Album that I purchased from Country Craft Creations.  The papers (some of them from Country Craft Creations and some from a local craft store) are Simple Stories, Simple Vintage Lemon Twist.  I've been hoarding these for a while, and this was the perfect album to use them on!

This is a fun and easy album to create as the album is all pre-made.  I did alter it a little, and I discuss this in the video.

Have a crafty day!

Tag Book, Box, and Shadow Box Shaker Frame Tutorial, a Country Craft Creations Design Team Project

Happy 4th of July! Hi, and welcome back. Today I have this fun tutorial to share.

This is a project I made with leftovers from a swap/collaboration project I made with Bobbie Weaver...that hasn't been shared yet because I need to send it tomorrow. (Once we have received each others projects we will share the tutorials and reveals!) I mention this in the video, and here is the link to Bobbie's YouTube page so you can check it out and subscribe so you won't miss it! Bobbie is one of our fantastic designers at Country Craft Creations, and I'm excited that she contacted me to do the upcoming swap project, and thrilled to have one of her creations in my collection!

The Paper Jungle with Bobbie Weaver I'm using Echo Parks "Let Freedom Ring", that I purchased from Country Craft Creations. You can find this collection here. I used the Heartfelt Creations dies to make the tags. They are currently out of stock, but you can check back as they are getting restocked. Artisan Cardstock: Red, Navy and Baby Blue, White. There ribbon, book ring, charms, button, and shaker elements are from my stash. Below is the cut list. This is a very simple project, and I hope you enjoy it! Tags: The die cuts them roughly 4 x 6. If you don't have the die, just cut them and create your own. I covered the fronts with patterned papers and the backs with white Artisan Cardstock. Box: 2 - 7 3/4 x 7 3/4 Shaker Shadow Box: 1 - 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 (Sized for a 3 x 4 journal card) Shaker Frame: 1 - 3 7/8 x 4 7/8 Acetate: 3 3/8 x 4 3/8 I mention a link to my "Easiest Ever Shaker Tutorial". Here is the video for that tutorial.

I have tried to make sure everything is accurate. If you discover something or have any questions, please let me know. Have a great holiday, and I'll see you soon with another tutorial!
