Summer Adventure Camping Journal

This is a sneak peek picture of my 3rd project for Country Craft Creations's design team for the month of September.  I did a show and tell video about it.  This project used up all of the scraps that I had left over from my September design team package "Summer Adventure" by Echo Park.

I love how this project turned out.  It is so useful in so many ways.  Please head on over to my
YouTube Channel and watch the video.  I explain what I did to create a journal/planner/scrapbook to document your camping fun!

Thanks for stopping by.  Don't forget to check out Country Craft Creations to get your supplies!  Stay crafty, my friends!

Witches Spell Book

 Happy Halloween!

OK, it is September, but to me it is Halloween Eve and I'm ready to decorate and have some crafty fun.  I made this awesome spell book and you have got to go and check out this tutorial.

Tamra from Country Craft Creations did a YouTube on this project and it is SPECTACULAR!

I went to Michael's and got some Halloween floral stuff for 40% off.  I also used the moss and I used ephemera from Tim Holtz.  The spider is also from Michaels, and the broom is Tim's as well.

This book does take a while to make.  With the painting and the Mod Podge there is dry time involved, but you won't be disappointed!!!  There is a link to the free printable (FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY) that she used, and I used here.  The link is here so you can get your own.

Go and watch this tutorial and make one, you will LOVE THIS!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by and have fun with this project

Stay crafty, my friends!

Summer Adventure Tent Album...The Tutorial is LIVE!!

Hello everyone!  The tutorial for my Summer Adventure Tent Album is live on YouTube!
The link to see it is here!
This is my 2nd September design team project for Country Craft Creations.  I was given the Echo Park collection "Summer Adventure" and it is soooooo CUTE!  I received patterned papers,            cut-aparts, stickers, ephemera, and the solids that coordinate with the collection.  I also used a cut file I bought for my Silhouette machine by Sophie Gallo.  Click here to get to her blog and if you have the Silhouette program look her up.  She made the perfect cut file for the pine trees I needed!

I have a PDF cutting guide for you to use to maximize the use of your card stock.
You can find that file here.

Thanks for stopping by and stay crafty, my friends!

Prototype Share Day!

As you all know, I have been given the opportunity to be on the design team for
Country Craft Creations.  I love that company and I am having so much fun designing for them.

When I make an album and am creating a tutorial, I make a prototype album first to work out kinks and make sure that the album design is good before I use the products that they give me to use.

I thought I would share today the prototype albums I made for my July Projects.

The first one was the prototype for my "Journey" album using Carta Bella's "Let's Adventure" collection.  You can see the original blog post here.
I used papers from Hot Off The Press that I had in my stash for this prototype.  I just love how it turned out.

The embellishments were from K & Co.  Again, I was hoarding these ins my stash and it was time I used it!

 The colors matched perfectly.

The second project that I did for July was the Passport Holder.  This is a great project!
For this prototype I used papers by Tim Holtz that I was hoarding.  I am glad I finally used it.

The picture above shows the pocket flap open to hold the passport.

Thanks for stopping by and checking this out.  I will also do a post showing the prototypes I made for my August projects.  I am currently designing  the September projects along with getting ready with some Halloween Goodies!

Stay Crafty, My Friends!!!
