Thanksgiving Grateful Memory Box Tutorial!

 Here is the other idea I woke up with yesterday morning. I made a keepsake box for Thanksgiving with an idea using leaf notecards for my holiday guests to write on. The box is decorated with the gorgeous packaging from the 49 & Market die cut package as well...I told you I would use it! HAHA! Come check it out, this is a quick and easy idea!

Spice Thanksgiving Planner and Keepsake Journal, a Country Craft Creations Design Team Project

Hi all, happy Saturday. I woke up with ideas today, and here is the first one. This is my second design team project using 49& Market's ArtOptions Spice Collection. In all I used 10 sheets of Artisan in Kraft, and 6 in Summer Ivory. I used 14 sheets of the patterned paper. I'm using the gorgeous collection by 49 & Market, ArtOptions Spice...I just adore it...the colors are AMAZING!!! Spice Folio, Tutorial, Part 1

 My current design team package from Country Craft Creations  is so amazing, I couldn't wait to play with it!  I have Part 1 available.  We will be making a folio, similar to how I did my pages in my Bountiful Blessings project.

Here is the first video.  Part 2 will be available as soon as I can get it done.

In the video I show how to make the pieces for the pages. Each piece comes from a 12 x 12 piece of cardstock. The cover is two pieces of cardstock, and I also used light weight chipboard. So, since I go over how to cut all of this there is not a cut guide for this project. It is all in the video, and I show you how to cut, score and fold every piece. You will need 10 sheets of Artisan (Kraft) cardstock, 2 sheets of light weight chipboard, a magnet and some seam binding for this piece. Hello Autumn Place Setting Decor Tutorial

Welcome to my blog and to my third design team project for Country Craft Creations using Carta Bella's "Hello Autumn" paper collection!!! This is a super fun and fast project! I didn't have a lot of leftovers in the design team package, so I utilized what I had and made these. I was able to use SCRAPS of patterned paper and only 1 1/2 sheets of brown Artisan cardstock (not including the leaves...I will talk about other options in the video). There are so many options with this project, I know you will love it.

For each box, I used: Cardstock, 1 at 6 x 6 Patterned paper, out of a 6 x 6 square you can get the needed pieces, 4 squares of one design for the outside, 5 of a second design for the inside, all of them are 1 7/8 x 1 7/8. I used scraps of leftover cardstock from my stash to make the leaves...but you can use other things, I mention options in the video. I also used for each box: 1 yard of twine, 1 button, 2 flowers, 3 small leaves One sheet of Artisan cardstock and one sheet of patterned paper will make 4 boxes total.
