Country Craft Creations Design Team Project, Mini Album Tutorial using Uniquely Creative Dies!

I have a new tutorial up on my YouTube Channel!  I am using the leftovers from my first project using Carta Bella's "On the Farm" to make this cute mini album...

And I'm using the Uniquely Creative Folio Dies to make it!

These dies can be used without the folio to create a great project.

Come see what I did!  The link is below!

The album is 6 pages and holds 4 x 6 photos.

I have a lot of information in the video description, including links to my first tutorial using this collection and links for the products I used in these fabulous album!

Thanks so much for watching and remember to always stay crafty!

Country Craft Creations Design Team Project, Using Carta Bella's "On the Farm". Let's make a Tag Shaped Album with Tag Shaped Features!!!

This one is so cool and so much fun!  This is my March Design Team Project for Country Craft Creations.  I'm using Carta Bella's "On the Farm".

I started by having an idea for a tag shaped photo album...

Then I decided to see how many ways I could incorporate tag shaped features...

There are tag booklets, tag pages, tag waterfalls, tag belly bands...

Seriously, this album is LOADED WITH TAGS!

Come and see how this is put together, it is soooooo easy!

The walk through is below...

And the tutorial is here...

I hope you like it!

In both videos there is information on ordering the supplies I used in this project.  In the tutorial video I have written a cut guide for the chipboard and for the cardstock.

Have fun, and stay crafty!

Tag Book, Box, and Shadow Box Shaker Frame Tutorial, a Country Craft Creations Design Team Project

Happy 4th of July! Hi, and welcome back. Today I have this fun tutorial to share.

This is a project I made with leftovers from a swap/collaboration project I made with Bobbie Weaver...that hasn't been shared yet because I need to send it tomorrow. (Once we have received each others projects we will share the tutorials and reveals!) I mention this in the video, and here is the link to Bobbie's YouTube page so you can check it out and subscribe so you won't miss it! Bobbie is one of our fantastic designers at Country Craft Creations, and I'm excited that she contacted me to do the upcoming swap project, and thrilled to have one of her creations in my collection!

The Paper Jungle with Bobbie Weaver I'm using Echo Parks "Let Freedom Ring", that I purchased from Country Craft Creations. You can find this collection here. I used the Heartfelt Creations dies to make the tags. They are currently out of stock, but you can check back as they are getting restocked. Artisan Cardstock: Red, Navy and Baby Blue, White. There ribbon, book ring, charms, button, and shaker elements are from my stash. Below is the cut list. This is a very simple project, and I hope you enjoy it! Tags: The die cuts them roughly 4 x 6. If you don't have the die, just cut them and create your own. I covered the fronts with patterned papers and the backs with white Artisan Cardstock. Box: 2 - 7 3/4 x 7 3/4 Shaker Shadow Box: 1 - 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 (Sized for a 3 x 4 journal card) Shaker Frame: 1 - 3 7/8 x 4 7/8 Acetate: 3 3/8 x 4 3/8 I mention a link to my "Easiest Ever Shaker Tutorial". Here is the video for that tutorial.

I have tried to make sure everything is accurate. If you discover something or have any questions, please let me know. Have a great holiday, and I'll see you soon with another tutorial!

Outdoor Quilt Show Mini Album

This is the book I made with my design "Never Lose a Tag."   I made it with the annual quilt show in mind.  My mom and I try  to go every year.  It is always amazing and this year was no exception.  It is in Sisters, Oregon, about 3 hours from where we live.  Click on this link to check it out
I filled the book with some of my favorite pictures from the event.  That lady there in the second picture, that is my beautiful Mommy!
The Elvis quilt was very cool!
All of the stores in the center of town are adorned with these beautiful quilts.  The bed was in a gift shop.
The Double Wedding Ring...my favorite!
The pharmacy counter is decorated with quilts.  The "Beer Cave" was in a mini-market.  I thought it was too funny to not have a picture of it. I think my husband wishes he had one!
I put a label on the back that you are supposed to sew onto garments that you have made, but thought it was fitting for this book.

Thanks for checking it out!

Sunburst Mini Album

I saw another great tutorial from Laura at The Paper Trail and just had to make one.  Here is the first one I did, using Martha Stewart papers.

I used punches to make the flowers and the butterflies to put on the album.  It holds 7 tags!
Here is the second one I did.  I had a page kit from Cloud 9 that was perfect for this project.
Open view...
The other side of it...
When you use double sided papers you get different looks depending on which side you are looking from.  It is a super cute mini, and super fast to make.  Take a look!

Stay crafty!
