1 1/4 Sheet Wonder Mini Album Tutorial

I have another tutorial, a design team project for Country Craft Creations, using Carta Bella’s Farmhouse Summer paper collection. This is a fun collection and I know you will love it!

This album is a meander style album but I added a little bit more paper to make it a little bigger. It’s perfect for using up scraps or the 6x6 paper pad that I received with this collection. I also used Artisan Cardstock and seam binding from Country Craft Creations.

Have fun and stay crafty!

I have a new tutorial for Country Craft Creations...A Farmhouse Summer Folio!

Hi all! I have my first tutorial using Carta Bella's "Farmhouse Summer". This is a beautiful collection that I am using from Country Craft Creations. You can find all of the supplies which include the ephemera and enamel dots here.

I have made a fun folio with some great interaction, but also a lot of places to put photos. Below are the cutting lists for the pieces. I also used Artisan cardstock in White and seam binding in Deep Navy and Dark Olive Drab. That's it! I kept this one simple and didn't even use flowers. I let the collection speak for itself. Variable Sized Page Journal Tutorial, a Country Craft Creations Design Team Project

Welcome to my Country Craft Creations design team project using the exclusive paper collection, "Dream of Home". This is a beautiful paper with vibes of country and vintage themes and you will love it.

I came up with a traveler's notebook style journal...I hesitate to call it a junk journal, but I guess in theory it is...the paper is just too pretty to call it junk. The idea came to me from using up scraps of 8x8 paper in a very old collection I recently found in my craft room. I will share that prototype and show you how it morphed into the project I am sharing today. I will also show you how sew the signatures and how to create the binding. As an added bonus I also made some ephemera to put in the journal and I share how I did that. In my design team package I received both the 12 x 12 and the 8 x 8 paper packs, and I did use both in this project. You will need one sheet of heavy weight chipboard, about 6 sheets of the 12 x 12 (which includes two of the cutapart sheets), and 17 sheets of the 8 x 8 paper. I used several embellishments, and the ones that are from Country Craft Creations I have listed below with links. You will also need journaling paper of some sort. I used a variety of paper in this project, but plain old copy paper will also work great. I used waxed bookbinding thread also for sewing the signatures. Thank you so much for watching. I do appreciate your support. Lay Flat Cover Tutorial, in case you haven't seen this. Dream of Home paper collection Chipboard Prima Rusty Metal Clips 49 and Market Flowers Graphic 45 Flowers Prima Say It In Crystals Lace Seam Binding, I used Dark Olive Drab From my stash I used some lace , a miniature photo frame and homemade paperclips.

Thanks for watching and stay crafty, my friends!

Explosion Board Gift Boxes! One Size Paper, 7 Different Boxes!

Hi all...This is a quick tutorial on how I used my Explosion Scoreboard to make 7 different sized boxes, using the same size piece of cardstock.

Actually, when you click the link in the video description, I also figured out more...21 sizes of gift boxes in all, square based and rectangular based. I had done this around Christmas but just now finished writing up the chart. (My new Fur Ever Friends Mini Album Tutorial will be finished uploading soon...so while we wait for that...)

Happy Crafting!

It is a beautiful collection. I did a design team haul, if you missed it, you can see it here. This album features a couple fun new ideas. I have come up with a new stacked page that creates a horizontal and a vertical photo mat opportunity. I think I will call it the "Corner Bound Stacked Page". In this walk through and the tutorial I didn't know what to name it! HAHA!! Below is a list of the supplies I used with links to the website for you to check out. I'll be back soon with the tutorial. Love Letters Gift Box/Album, a project for Country Craft Creations

Hi, and Happy Valentine's Day! As promised to my fellow Scrapbookers of Country Craft Creations Facebook group, here is the walk through-talk through of my "Love Letters" Gift Box/Album. The papers are exclusive to Country Craft Creations. They are GORGEOUS! I used them to create this fun project. I hope you love it as much as I do. For this project I used: 2 wood boxes with drawers from the Dollar Store Chipboard: 2 - 3 3/4 x 6 3/4 1 - 4 x 6 3/4 (the spine) Cardstock to cover chipboard: I used the lay flat method to cover the chipboard just like an album. Here is a tutorial if you wish to view it...https://youtu.be/VDrBoasyqtc 2 - 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 1 - 7 x 8 3/4 1 - 7 x 6 5/8 The inside accordion is 6 x 11, score on the 11 at 1/2, 4 and 7 1/2 The pocket on the inside of the spine is 5 x 3 1/2, score on the 5 at 1/2 each end and on the 3 1/2 at 1/2 I used about about 4 sheets of patterned paper and some scraps. I also used seam binding, about 1 1/2 yards. I used two Tim Holtz knobs that I had in my stash, along with the flowers, which were in my stash. I inked my edges and painted the boxes. When I painted the boxes, I painted the entire inside of the shells of the drawers. Everything else I just painted the edges since I covered them with patterned paper. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy the project.

This project features little pull out drawers that you can put candy or notes in.  I realize it's the 5th and I'm a little late in posting but it's not too late.  You can make this fairly quickly and still have fun with it!

In the video description I have all of the supply lists and links to get specific things mentioned in the video.  I hope you enjoy and it gives you many more ideas on how to adapt this idea to different projects.

Thanks for watching and have a crafty day!
